Professional to start then at home alone
I would fo a professional to get to the basics and then do it at home in my own persinal space.
I'd take a class firstly to make sure the breathing technique and my basic postures are correct. Then I'll do it at home.
I say alone, you relax more when you are alone
I have done lots of beginners yoga at home with great results!(digestive health, mental health and getting long and lean) If you do want to do more advanced yoga, I would take a class.
Do it with a professional first , it is important to do the yoga poses properly otherwise you could injure yourself
When I do yoga I do it at the gym with a specialized instructor so that I can be sure I'm doing everything in the correct way with no risks of get injured
At home because it is cheaper and also it's more comfortable to be by yourself. And you only concentrate on you.
I do yoga at home as it’s cheaper and I find it more comfortable with not having other people there :))
