pacifica is a great one. it assesses your mood and give you a specific meditation to assess your emotions at that time. it really helps a lot with stress and overall mental health.

I downloaded 10% happier, it's a clear, simple approach to meditation with bestselling author Dan Harris. I don't know if I feel happier, but I do sleep better, so it's a yes for me!
I use Inscape Life, it's really simple, even if you never did meditation you can start easily.
Now it's really a part of my routine, I do the exercises just after work when I go home and I love it!
