A French dish called "Aigrade Saint Gilloise". It is one of my favorite dishes, discovered during a filming in Camargue, horses' land. It is made of thin layers of beef, with herbs in between (capers, parsley, garlic, pickles). It simmers in a slow cooker for several hours in the fireplace. Very easy and so so great!
