What is the best advice you can give to those amateur riders trying to move up?
Practice makes perfect. Dont compare your progress to other peoples. Every opportunity is a learning experience.
Look for riding opportunities - maybe some sport stable in your area is looking for grooms? That's always a good chance to move up - there's a big chance that riders you work for will school you for free!
Good luck!
You’ll get there, be patient and practice practice practice !!
Say yes to every riding opportunity and watch every professional you can.
Always keep your passion alive!if you really want it keep pursuing it and work hard and it will come!
Always keep the passion for the sport. Show that you want to move forward and do more. Developing a strong connection with your horse is key so they will want to work for you. Just keep riding!
Never give up. It gets tough, really tough and some days you're going to lose even if you worked harder than anyone else there, but you keep going. The hard work will eventually pay off! :)
