Twice a week, once at a higher fence height, and once working on technical turns over lower fences or gymnastics. For the rest of the week, I hack and do one day of hill work, and one day rest
i only have 2 shetlands, in summer about 2 times a week and on winter it really depens on the weather etc.
twice a week then flat 3 times a week and Saturday and Sunday is rest day.
I do 1 high jump training per week, 1 -2 flat works, 1 day off, and I use cavaletties and gymnastics in all other time
Once .. other days are flat work and pole work
