Hello ! It's very tough for me to stop completely meat, because I need a lot of protein and can't really manage to found them elsewhere, but I considerably reduced my consumption of meat and now I eat meat 10 to 3 times a month. Like this, when I eat meat, I can buy quality meat. I think that it is better for the planet and for my health, and it is easier than completely going vegetarian.
I like meat but it’s up to you wether u quit meat 🍖
I only eat meat like 2 meals a week 😄
It depends what activities your doing in the week because you may need more energy
I went vegetarian for two and a half months and it was definitely interesting! When I first started it was tough because I hadn’t figured out how to substitute meat in my meals and have the correct amount of protein I needed. Being someone that really relies on food and gets my energy from that it was a tough start! I ended up finding a few brands of meatless meat that were actually super good! It sounds pretty weird I know! One of my absolute favorites from them is their ground “beef”. I made it for tacos, but you can use it in anything really- you can barely taste the difference! I also used some tofu in my quesadillas instead of chicken.
I guess what I’m trying to say is that the you really have to think about what you’re eating and making sure that you aren’t just cutting off all protein. You need to find ways to add it into your diet still and make sure you aren’t eating all carbs (that was a hard thing for me to do!).
