I’m also 13 but sadly can’t ride often and come from a broken, poor family that doesn’t understand nor can afford showing or anything equine but I jump around 18. It doesn’t matter your age!
Internationally (championships etc., sometimes also national depending on the rules) children on horses (up to 14y/os) jump up to 130cm and ponies (kids up to 16y/os on ponies) can jump up to 135cm depending on the category of the pony.
I think Europe tends to jump higher younger. In Canada 2'6" would be more common for 13
