I would say 3 to 4 days a week doing some kind of physical activity is great! Especially if it’s something that you enjoy! For me if I’m not interested in the sport or activity I can’t do as good of a job to stick with it. In addition I think doing a range of some abdominal and leg exercises that aren’t too hard on your body with lots of stretches are great for anyone for days in between, or when you can’t get to the gym!:)
