Ask Nicole Bellissimo: Do you workout to stay in shape for riding?
Hey Melinda!

I have found that staying in shape dramatically helps my riding. I workout four times a week and try to do a youtube yoga class twice a week to help with the typical riders' back pain. Depending on where I am, I try to alternate between orange theory, pure barre, and cycling classes. It not only helps my stamina for hectic show days, but I have also found that I have a great deal more body awareness while I'm riding.
