I do a lot of strength on my left side but on the right side I do not. When I start to gallop to the left side I soon force. Do you know any exercise that can help me?

I do a lot of strength on my left side but on the right side I do not. When I start to gallop to the left side I soon force. Do you know any exercise that can help me?
You have to focus on being well balanced while you ride, during every move you make. You can trot and alternate circles on left side and ride side and focus on having the same strength on both sides.
Off the saddle you can do pilates, it will surely help you 🙂
