I feel it wouldn’t be safe for equestrians - especially in my climate. We are in the sun for hours at a time. I think it could definitely be a useful tool on your off days.

I’ve never tried it, but I’ve heard it could have benefits for different health problems, like joint pain. However it shouldn’t be done without medical supervision and the re feeding process is apparently quite long.
