Hi Emily, I have a hill that is about 200 feet I trot my mare up to build muscle and walk down real slow. I’m starting to see the difference in just 2 weeks.
How many times a week do you do hill work?
Hi Nickie 🙂 I do! We have a mound in the cross country field so I go up and down once or twice in a row then work again in the field, then walk again on the mound etc. I mostly walk but sometimes trot to go up and then walk as slow as possible to go down
