really push deep into your heels and push all ur weight deep into the saddle and try to sit back and sit like your sitting in a chair
I tell people to imagine sitting on a giant fluffy marshmallow. Super comfortable and relaxing, but if you relax too much, you'll just fall off. Strong but supple, much the same as canter. You have to allow the horse's movements to go through you without excessive moment, or restriction.
These are the things that help me
•Keep your legs as long as possible
•your ankles down and toes up
• relax in your saddle but still keep good posture
And a really great hack is getting silicone breechers ;)
You have to really let your legs 'fall' on both side of your horse, without gripping with your knees. Use all your seat, every point of contact with your saddle. Don't look down and of course no stirrups work will help 🙂
