For a question like this, I’m assuming this is your first horse? I’d definitely recommend getting a trainer to assist you. They can figure out the condition yourself and your horse is in and what needs work and can build a program from there. It’s very hard to give advice on a horses training program if we haven’t seen the horse or know what you want to do with it. Highly recommended a trainer for the best results!
I agree with Alannah. It is really difficult to answer this question without any more context. If you just bought a horse but don't really know how to train him, maybe you should talk to a trainer and see with him/her how to work your horse, maybe do a training program together that would include a few classes every week.
It really depends on what your goal is and the shape of the horse right now.
Do you want to jump or do you want to just do flatwork?
Do you want to train him under saddle or with groundwork?
Is he over/underweight?
