I am having trouble to keep my position backwards enough. Do you have any tips o exercises I could do to fix this ?
Ask your trainer to do a lunge lesson with you so you can really focus on your position. It helps me to think about pointing your belly button to the ceiling.
really focus on keep your shoulders back. having your hands low also can make your body fall forward so make sure they are in the correct placement.
