When getting back into riding after decades off at the age of 60, should you lease a “made push button” or horse that is safe but harder to ride? Both are 12 yrs plus and trustworthy, I just want to improve to a level I am proud of and have fun too

Push button horse to get back into the groove of things and get those riding muscles working. Plus it will help build confidence after so long off. Then you can look at moving to something a bit more challenging to ride.
I would do the made push button maybe lease for a year and try a little harder one! we made the mistake of getting a green small pony for my first pony and i had to have someone help me train it! she was a great learning tool though!!
