Hello Charlotte,

I wish I could share a pic with my answer! I love my Maelort Kate ringside bag - I can carry my helmet and crop etc. with the cool compartments it features. I always have: rags, saddle soap, quick shine for last minute ring-ready boots, spurs, tide to go stick, hairnets/hairties, mints (for the ponies!), Advil, tums, a protein bar and two pairs of gloves.

Hello Camden,

Thank you so much for following our journey! I do - sometimes if I’m running from the barn to work or vice versa I’ll pair my breeches with a sweater and collared shirt and flats or sandals (depending on the weather) - whenever I do I usually receive compliments from non-horsey people!

Hello Linda,

I think it depends... I follow a few lifestyle and fashion bloggers that aren’t equestrian-related, like Gal Meets Glam and a few others I find through Like to Know it. But, I think insider tips to equestrian venues or cities would be a great niche for a rider looking to blog but transition more to a lifestyle thematic and not only focus on horses.

Hello Jack,

I do! I am a real estate agent, I used to work in marketing but changed careers two years ago so I could have the flexibility to ride again. I work with my mom and we’ve just started flipping houses as well which is so much fun! In the future, I’d love to transition to all flipping vs sales, and do them in different cities on the east coast.

Hello Mona,

I would love to collaborate with a higher end equestrian line, I love Animo! I also love Lululemon and Athleta, and wish their tops were a little shorter and not yoga length because it’s so much material to tuck into breeches. It would be a dream to work on an equestrian line with either of them.

Hello Kessy,

My favorites are the mascara, balm dot com in birthday cake and the highlighter. The mascara stays all day and comes off easily with just warm water. Their products are no-nonsense, easy to apply and quick to take off. I’m pretty low maintenance when it comes to makeup so I love how simple everything is.

Hello Jack,

So far, it’s being able to walk around and see the top hunter and jumper riders from around the world warmup and show! I learn so much just from observing. I’m trying to take in as much as I can because it’s a pretty unreal experience.

Hello Norman,

I’ve met so many awesome people and even made some good friends through my IG account - something I never thought would happen! I also like having a platform I can use for good - like most recently raising money for the CA wildfires relief fund.

Hello Megan,

Not sure about that, I think the equestrian niche is too small to be able to generate enough views to rely solely off of YouTube & blog commissions but it would be amazing if it could happen!

Hello Alexia,

That everyone has their own path on their journey and you can’t compare yourself to others. There is no measurement for success, it comes from within. Be proud of your own narrative.
