Any tips on getting the right canter lead? I’ve been really struggling to get the right lead but only in one direction.

I have an off the track Thoroughbred that throws her head and does bunny jumps when I ask her to canter. What are some ways I can correct her and get her to stop bucking?

i had an OTTB that was the same way... usually i had to do a small circle to make sure that all attention is on me, then ask for the canter
