I rode for 9 years, then stopped last year because of personal problems and because of fear. I want to restart but I am scared that the fear I gained last time will come back. What do you think I should do?

For all of you kind answers i can only thank you. And let you know that i made the decision of starting again and giving it another try. Thank you very much for your support! It made me think more clearly.
