Since her horse has been seen with a bloody mouth before. I think she should be fined and banned from any equestrian competition for at least one year.
How can you tell if you have a good trainer?
They should teach you at your pace. Sometimes I don't learn something new at every lesson because I haven't mastered an important skill. To move up to the next building block you need to master the lower skill. They should also listen to you and encourage your passion for riding. They should also teach you about what type of tack you are using and why you are using it.
What are your tips to don't lose your stirrups while cantering? I already try not to grip with my knees.
Toes out and heels down. I worked with longer stirrups while cantering. When I mastered keeping my feet in long stirrups, it helped when I went back to my regular length.
