What are your opinions on Annie from Bratayley getting Luna and starting to ride Luna? (a 3yr old green mare) (Annie is also a green rider)

Because of a promise. She got everything handed to her on a silver platter. I think it's stupid that they got her a green horse. She's going to end up falling off and breaking something and then she will be scared.
