My horse hasn't been himself lately, he's become very spooky, and dangerous when so. He used to be the sweetest thing, can anyone tell me what could be wrong?
Probably get a vet out to rule out any physical problems such as ulcers or anything else out. Hope he's ok x
How do I teach my horse to come to me by voice command?
When you go out to your horse have a treat with you like a carrot or apple or something your horse likes and stand about 2 metres in front of him and just show him you have a treat and call him name and if he doesn't come go closer let him smell it so he knows you have it then walk a couple steps back and continue calling him then he'll probably come to you and then give them the treat and praise eventually they'll know they get a treat when they come so they'll look forward to seeing you also when calling him don't look directly into his eyes cuz that can make a horse feel threatened look at his nose or feet or something
