Tbh, I think the fairest thing to do is to pts, you may be able to maintain for a while at a lot of cost and eventually, it'll get worse and be pts anyway. Pts before the horse deteriorates

If you take her back to small fences, even if she refuses, I would go over them anyway, don't turn away from the fence unless they're big and solid, eventually she'll gain her confidence again, just because she has had a genuine reason to be worried about it, don't let her run away from it

Yes but as the fences get bigger it'll be harder, I've never had the pleasure of jumping in a jumping saddle

I would check for pain, especially and issue in the left hind if this is the case, left hind being the one to power the right lead in canter I would suggest there's an issue in this area.
